Meet Claribel
O’Boyle.
Founder & Senior Consultant
After graduating from the University of Florida in 2007, Claribel built her career across insurance and medical management, developing deep experience in physician recruitment, operational account leadership, and the medicolegal space.
She founded TopFlight Credentialing in 2019 around a simple conviction: a second opinion is only as valuable as the practitioner providing it. Today, she works with legal firms of all sizes to recruit and credential medical professionals while keeping the experience personal, transparent, and grounded in people over profit.
